Connecting with God expands our view of who we are and what is possible. It helps us recognize our importance and power and gives us a sense of stability and hope in a chaotic, ever-changing world.
Connect with Others
Connecting with others is different than just spending time together. Connection can help us expand our view of the world and help us feel the satisfaction of both giving and receiving support and understanding.
Understanding is a starting point. Growth happens as ideas are practiced, tested, and experienced.
